By using PoolSense (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. PoolSense is provided by Aura Bionics Inc. ("we", "us"), a Canadian corporation.
The Service
PoolSense provides general guidance for residential pool care based on AI analysis of test strips and pool water images, plus deterministic chemistry math. PoolSense is for educational and informational use. It is not a substitute for professional pool maintenance, medical advice, or product safety information.
Subscriptions and billing
- Free tier includes a limited number of analyses
- Premium is offered as a 7-day free trial that converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
- Premium plans: $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year
- All subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed in your account on those platforms
- Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective policies
Acceptable use
- Use PoolSense for your own residential pool care
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
- Do not use PoolSense to make recommendations to others as a commercial pool service unless you hold the appropriate certifications
Chemical safety
You agree to read all product labels and safety data sheets, never mix pool chemicals, and never add chemicals while people are in the pool. See the safety notice.
Disclaimer of warranties
PoolSense is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Chemistry estimates and recommendations may be inaccurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Bionics Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of PoolSense, including damage to pool equipment, water, or property, or any harm related to chemical handling.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or violation of these Terms. You may stop using PoolSense at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
